The Do-it-yourself HyperTune© kit, allows you to upgrade and service your own mount!

Note: Although the procedure was filmed using an LXD55 mount, this kit will work on LXD75's, Orion Skyview's, CG5, and many more.

We have collected all of the parts and tools necessary for you to perform a similar upgrade service as performed in the LXD55.com HyperTune© Service offered at LXD55.com.
The entire process will take about 2 to 3 hours on the minimum, so be prepared to work for a little while.
While you watch the step by step video, we point out common repairs that have to be done, and adjustments that will make your LXD55 or other mount perform better than factory!.
When you are finished, you will have a smooth working mount which will provide you with wonderful 'less stressful' nights of enjoying the night time skies.

In addition, you will have a complete buffet of tools left over for later use, including a Meade #505 clone cable so you can hook your scope up to a computer, for computer controlled GOTO slewing.
The included DVD video is a complete guide for taking your mount apart adjusting and servicing all of the internal components, and putting it all back together.
